During the School Year: Starting Aug 31st for athletes not playing a fall sport
Tuesdays 3pm-3:45pm in the weight room
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 Mountain bike riding (Hammond Hills)
Thursdays 3pm-3:45pm in the weight room
****We will continue Mountain Bike riding on Wednesday evenings TBA--Biking is free. We do require helmets for all of our riders and you may want to bring some bug spray.
If you are not able to attend our workouts at school, you can click on the following button and you will find a home workout that you can do with no weights.
